Touratech Zega Pro panniers and topcases have provided secure dry storage for adventure riders the world over. The body and lid feature rounded lines with rugged corner protection that is easily replaceable. Low profile anchor loops provide a flat surface that makes the topcase a good place to lash additional bags. Crafted with 1.5mm aluminum and welded/stainless steel rivet construction these sturdy topcases are available in 25 and 38 liter sizes, three different finishes, with or without mounting hardware pre-installed.
Zega Pro Aluminum Topcases are sold individually by selecting your options above, or can be purchased as a complete sytem for a specific bike along with a mounting rack. Mounting kits can be purchased separately if needed. The Rapid Trap topcases come with the rapid trap system premounted to the bottom of the case and are ready to click onto any rapid trap luggage rack.
Technical Specs and Engineering Details:
Quick Removal: Touratech Zega Pro Rapid Trap Topcases attach to the steel mounting racks using heavy-duty composite and steel mounting brackets. This design offers a very secure fitting and can be quickly released without opening the lid to take the topcase off.
Waterproof: All Touratech panniers and topcases have a deep groove aluminum interface with silicone seal. This provides dust proof and waterproof storage even in driving rain and water crossings. Some pannier makers cut corners with a plastic interface between the lid and box. This creates a weak link and often results in breakage and water intrusion.
Rapid Trap quick release system: This mounting system allows the user to quickly mount or dismount the topcase without opening the lid of the box. The system uses very little of space inside the case and has been proven reliable while traveling the globe.
Security: A spring loaded safety latch ensures that the lid stays closed and its discrete location enhances security. Add a set of optional Integral Locks to each pannier for even more security.
